Scott Warner, principal of Warner Strategies, specializes in communications on public policy and public affairs campaigns. He served as the official spokesman for the Commission on Presidential Debates, which organized all of the primetime presidential and vice presidential debates in 2008.

Warner has deep relationships with reporters and editors at major broadcast, print, radio and online outlets, and has secured multiple media hits in outlets including: The Wall Street Journal, NY Times, Washington Post, Associated Press, Financial Times, Reuters, Bloomberg, Business Week, Politico, NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN , nationally syndicated radio shows and countless others.

Additionally, he has significant experience on economic development, land use and planning and commercial real estate issues over the past decade.  Warner successfully led the strategic marketing and media outreach of several investment, residential, commercial and industrial properties, and single-type and mixed-use projects, including multifamily, hotel, retail, urban, Main Street, office, historic, redevelopments and ground up construction.

Scott holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland, where he was elected into the Phi Kappa Phi honor society and a Bachelor of Arts from Elon University.
